Kybella Overview
KYBELLA is an injectable treatment under the chin and to the jowl areas of your face. This will improve your profile and the look of any moderate to severe fat below the chin. This is usually called a “double chin” effect. KYBELLA works to kill the fat cells of this area and then eliminated by your body. This occurs while the surrounding tissues are not effected. This is a way to help melt the fat away without surgery and our office is in Sugar Land, TX where we will accept patients anywhere around the Houston, TX area. Please call or text our office at 832.446.3206.
Between one to five KYBELLA treatment sessions may be required, with each session requiring one or two vials of KYBELLA. The clinicians at Elite Doc Health and Beauty will customize a KYBELLA treatment regimen, including the number of treatments needed, for each patient based on the amount of submental fat needed to lose and the patient’s desired chin profile. Many patients see visible contouring after 2 treatments. Since KYBELLA permanently destroys fat cells, no retreatment is required.
You can have the facial "double chin" eventually eliminated with the proper amount of treatments. Dr. Keshwani is an expert at Kybella treatments so you can rest assured for your optimal results.
Kybella treatments can be for men or women to help eliminate the double chin and even help to sculpt the chin area for a more defined look. Results vary depending on the number of treatments one will need to achieve the satisfactory results they want to obtain.
How does Kybella work?
The active ingredient in KYBELLA® is synthetic deoxycholic acid. Deoxycholic acid is a naturally occurring molecule in the body that aids in the breakdown and absorption of dietary fat.
Kybella fat melting enzyme is perfect for double chin and other stubborn fat areas When injected into the fat beneath the chin, KYBELLA® destroys fat cells, resulting in a noticeable reduction in fullness under the chin. Once destroyed, these cells can no longer store or accumulate fat, so further treatment is not expected once you reach your desired aesthetic goal.
