In 1983, Dr. Keshwani established his first Med-Cure Primary Care Clinic, embarking on a journey of success and expansion. Over the years, he had launched eight medical clinics and five med-spas, all characterized by excellence in service and innovation in all of the Houston Metro Areas.

His Family practice encompassed a wide range of medical disciplines, from Pediatrics to Orthopedics, reflecting his commitment to holistic patient care. Leadership in Aesthetics, Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine:
Over Thirty years ago Dr. Keshwani opened his med spas and excelled with his  experience and knowledge in aesthetic and anti-aging treatments. He achieved the status of master injector in the different types of fillers and toxins available. He remains a prominent figure in the field. His expertise in regenerative medicine is a testament to his continuous pursuit of cutting-edge treatments. Treatments offered are dermal fillers, Botox, laser treatments, weight loss programs, facials, IV therapy, hormone therapy for men or women, skin tightening services and stem cell therapy.
