Great service for medical visits for my family.

I am filing formal complaints with the Texas Medical Board and the Texas Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division regarding this unprofessional and harmful conduct. I also personally feel that the way I was treated may not only have been intentional, but possibly racially or prejudice-driven, given how dismissive, rude, and damaging the service was. I came in for a small amount of under-eye filler to address some hollowness directly below my tear duct — something I’ve had done every 3-4 years elsewhere without issue. From the beginning, I clearly explained this to the injector and also pointed out an area where I already felt there was too much volume in contrast. Despite this, she insisted on injecting below that exact area, claiming it would “camouflage” the problem. As you can see from the before-and-after, it did the opposite. Not only do I still have the under-eye hollows, but now there’s a lower, more prominent hump beneath them that wasn’t there before. Instead of minimizing my concern, she made it significantly worse. The worst part wasn’t just the result, but her attitude. When I voiced my concern, she refused to acknowledge that anything was wrong. When I asked her to either fix it or refund me, her exact words were: “That’s not going to happen.” I’ve never experienced such dismissive and unprofessional treatment. I drove 46 miles back to the office to try to resolve this, only to be told the owner is out of the country until October 3rd and that refunds are “not her responsibility.” I was left with no help, no resolution, and no accountability — just a botched result that could have been avoided with basic professionalism and listening. This was a very simple service that they managed to completely ruin, and now I’m left with a worsened appearance and no support. I strongly recommend staying away from this place.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Carla! She completely saved my lips after a bad filler job. She carefully dissolved the old filler and got my lips back to normal, then refilled them beautifully. I’ve always felt like my lip shape was tricky to work with, but she managed to give me the best results I’ve ever had. The shape and balance look so natural, and I couldn’t be happier. I also saw her for Botox and the whole experience was just as smooth and professional. Everything was explained clearly, the process was quick, and the results look fantastic. I highly recommend her.

My experience with Carla Guileyardo was wonderful! I got Botox around my eyes and I am very sensitive to pain. However, Carla made me very comfortable and I did NOT feel any pain! She’s gentle and super sweet. She used numbing crème, cold air and then her special magic gentle touch. I highly recommend her. THANK YOU, Carla for making my experience very pleasant. I will be back.
