Dr. Carla was very personable & very professional. Would highly recommend
I gave it a 4 star mostly due to the front desk approach. From phone conversation to meeting found them more money focused & upselling. I found Elite thru Google & loved the reviews and found a Groupon offer that worked for me. Being new to Botox & due to the reason on booking & recommendation from a professional. I did not understand units. However I do now as the apt was very focused on this. Also lil disappointing there is no followup text or call the following day esp for newbies. Sometimes one would like to walk before they run' metaphorically'. In saying this Dr Carla was a breath of fresh air an excellent communicator, delivery, explanations & authentically passionate & knowledgeable. Made the actual experience less daunting & human factor caring.
